HANGHAR is an ephemeral architecture practice based in Madrid, Spain. HANGHAR is a subsidiary of The OWN Foundation, a non-profit organization that advocates for the elimination of private property in the built environment and the promotion of post-property urban scenarios. HANGHAR will exist from 2021–2030, after which it will be dissolved and replaced by a new subsidiary.

The challenge given was to create an identity for HANGHAR and OWN that communicated the relationship and hierarchy between both organizations, as well as the finite nature of the project. The OWN identity acts as both the idealogical and literal grid throughout the system. Work shared on social media is time-stamped with the remaining minutes, hours, and days of the practice.
