When I joined Nécessaire in 2021, our website was due for a major overhaul. I collaborated with our team of developers and VP of Design to create a mobile-first experience that streamlined the checkout process, accommodated an expanding product line-up, and provided space for storytelling. In the following year, Nécessaire saw a significant increase in Direct Sales, and a greatly improved conversion rate for new and returning customers.
